Kelsey + Brandon - Belcroft Estate

I have had the pleasure of working at Belcroft Estate a few times in my career, and every wedding there is always exceptionally beautiful. This one was definitely no different. I started the day off with the groom and his crew getting ready in a quaint little cottage on the outskirts of the property overlooking a peaceful pond. The whole hour I spent with them was literally nothing but laughter. They finished getting dressed on the dock in front of the cabin and I was on my way to meet up with the bride.

Kelsey and her lovely bridesmaids got wedding ready in the cozy bridal suite onsite. We popped some champagne, ate some pre-wedding snacks, and took a whole lot of photos! The bride and her father had one of the sweetest first looks I have ever witnessed. I still get a bit teary just looking at those images! ( I am an emotional wreck inside at weddings guys, I keep it together on the outside.. most of the time, but these days just hit me right in the feels! ) We finished up and got ready for the I do’s!

The ceremony was outdoors ( thankfully we had perfect fall weather that day ) in a grassy field surrounded by trees. Brandon waited patiently as his bride made her way to the aisle in style in gorgeous vintage car with her Dad. Their ceremony was so laid back and sweet, with a few tears and lots of laughs. Once the couple sealed the deal with a kiss, we ventured off for photos, exploring all the stunning locations the property has to offer!

K & B’s reception was one for the books! The decor, the food, the music, everything was absolutely perfect! One of my favourite parts was their donut wall… because if you know me, you know the love I have for a good donut, and I’m pretty sure these were Krispy Kreme, so enough said!! The speeches were heartfelt and hilarious, and the dances with their parents were adorable. The newlyweds decided to have their guests come outside so they could share their first dance under the stars! So romantic!

Kelsey and Brandon, I am so proud and honoured that I got to be the one to capture this day for you, and that I gained you both, not just as “clients”, but people I consider my friends. I adore you, your families, and your friends! You have chosen me to be a part of so many of your special milestones and I cannot tell you how much it means to me, and how much I appreciate you…. okay getting teary again, gotta wrap this up!

Please enjoy a peek into this stunning wedding day! And stay tuned for a bunch of new blogs coming up in the near future!
